Our Policies & Guidelines
Before making your reservaion at Branson Stagecoach Campground, we invite you to review our policies and guidelines. This information is designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful experience for all our guests. Familiarize yourself with our reservation processes, campground rules, and other important details to make the most of your visit.
Cancellation Policy
- A non-refundable payment equal to the first night of your stay is required at the time of reservation. This payment will be applied toward your reservation once you arrive on property. If you need to cancel your reservation, this first-night payment will not be refunded.
- If you choose to pay your balance in full at the time of reservation, you may be eligible for a refund, minus the equivalent of the first night, if your cancellation is received at least 7 days prior to your check-in date.
- Cancellations received 6 to 4 days prior to check-in are subject to a charge equal to 50% of the total reservation amount. Cancellations received within 3 days of check-in are not eligible for a refund.
- Cabin reservations are subject to a non-refundable first-night payment, plus any additional fees due at the time of reservation. If you need to cancel a cabin reservation, any additional fees paid may be refunded.
- Payments made at the time of reservation will not be refunded at check-in in order to allow for another form of payment.
- In the event of an early departure before your scheduled check-out date, a 48-hour notice is required in order to receive a refund for any remaining nights.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in begins after 12:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive outside of office hours, please contact the office in advance to arrange an after-hours arrival.
- Unless you paid the site lock fee at the time of reservation, your assigned site is subject to change.
- Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. If you would like to extend your stay, please notify us as soon as possible so we can make every effort to accommodate your request.
Campsite & Property Guidelines
- Please keep your campsite clean throughout your stay. Trash should be placed in plastic bags and disposed of in the dumpster located in the northeast corner of the park.
- Sealed sewer connections are required.
- Washing vehicles on the property is prohibited.
- Please do not put nails, clotheslines, gas lanterns, or any chop marks on the trees in the park.
- Firearms and fireworks are not permitted on the property.
Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Please be considerate of your fellow campers during this time.
Pool Rules & Child Safety
- There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. Guests swim at their own risk and must follow all posted pool rules.
- Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult while using the pool. Parents and guardians are responsible for their children’s safety throughout the park, and minor children should not be left unaccompanied anywhere on the grounds.
Smoking Policy
- Please properly dispose of cigarette butts. Smoking is not allowed in the pool area, conference room, laundry room, or bathrooms.
Pet Policy
- Branson Stagecoach Campground is a pet-friendly park, but pets are not allowed in the office, bathrooms, laundry room, Calamity Jane Wagon, playground, or pool areas.
- Pets must be kept on a leash, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them. Pets may not be left outside unattended on ropes, chains, or otherwise at your campsite.
- Please do not wash pet bedding in our washers.
Seasonal & Long-Term Stay Policies
- Seasonal and long-term rates will be prorated at move-in. However, rates will not be prorated if a camper vacates their campsite before the end of the month.
- For seasonal and long-term tenants, the first month’s rent and a $150 electricity deposit are required when making the reservation. The electricity deposit will be applied to the final electric bill.
- A $100 late fee will be applied if the monthly rate and electricity are not paid in full by 6:00 p.m. on the 7th day of the month.
- Long-term and seasonal tenants must authorize a card to be kept on file. This card may be charged if an outstanding balance remains on the reservation after departure.
- Park guests acknowledge and agree that no leasehold interest exists with respect to their campsite, regardless of the length of stay.
Flags & Displays
- Our park is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all guests and employees. We reserve the right to request the removal of any symbols or displays that are intended to cause, or do cause, a disturbance in the park. If the request is denied, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation immediately.
Guest Conduct & Liability
- Please be considerate of the park, campground property, and your fellow campers. Branson Stagecoach Campground reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to immediately remove, without refund, any guest who violates park rules or creates a disturbance of any kind.
- To the fullest extent allowed by law, guests release Branson Stagecoach Campground and its employees from all liability for loss or damage to property, or injury to person, arising from the use of the campground and its facilities. Guests also agree to indemnify, to the fullest extent allowed by law, Branson Stagecoach Campground and its employees against claims resulting from loss or damage to property, or injury to person, involving any member of the guest’s family or party, or any guest of the registered camper, arising from the use of the campground and its facilities.
- By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to follow all campground rules and policies.
